Location
The Spanish Fort is situated on the highest point of the city, overlooking the whole city, the Kanli Fort, and the Forte Mare. It also overlooks a large part of the Kotor Bay. Unlike the other fortresses, this one is not equipped to host any games or concerts.
However, you can visit it even if you don’t want to. It is not completely cleaned, but the entrance is free. You can walk to the fort, but it can be difficult to get there since buses don’t travel to it. You can get a taxi to the fort, which will cost you about €4. – Montenegro Places
