50. Pyrohovo Open-Air Museum
Pyrohiv is an open-air museum that covers an area of 133.5 hectares. It is located in the historical and ethnographic region of Pyrohiv, south of Kyiv. It is also known as Pyrogov. Pyrohiv is the national museum of folk architecture and folkways of Ukraine.
The architectural and landscape complex represents the major historical and ethno-cultural regions of Ukraine. The museum is dedicated to the conservation and study of Ukrainian folkways.
Pyrohiv was first mentioned in the 1720 records as the village of Pyzhov. In 1627, it was a feudal domain of Kyivan cave monastery. However, archaeological evidence shows that the territory of Pyhiv had been inhabited since the Bronze Age. – Ukraine Places
51. Reactor No 4
Chornobyl is the name of a nuclear disaster that occurred on 26 April 1986. It was the result of the explosion of reactor No. 4 at the Chornobyl NPP, located in the northern part of the former Soviet Union of Ukraine near the border with the former Soviet Republic of Byelorussia.
Chornobyl was one of only two accidents in the world of nuclear energy to be rated at seven on the IECN’s International Nuclear Event Scale. The other was the 2011 Fukushima disaster in Japan.

52. Maidan Nezalezhnosti
Maidan is the central square of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. It is one of the main squares of the city. The square is named many different ways, but most people just call it “Maidan”.The square is home to the iconic Independence Monument, which was built in the 19th century.
The square has been a venue for political gatherings since the beginning of the independence movement in 1990. It has been the site of four major radical protests: the 1990 student revolution on Granite; the 2001 Ukraine without kuchma; the 2004 Orange Revolution; and the 2013–2014 Euromaidan.
Maidan has also been a regular place for non-political demonstrations and events. 53. Residence of Bukovynian Metropolitans

55. Park Landscape Alley
Landscape Alley is one of the most popular parks in Kyiv. It is located on the spot where the Upper Town’s defensive ramparts used to run over the ravine. It was built for the celebration of Kyiv’s 1500th anniversary in 1982. In 2009, the mall landscape was fitted with a children’s park with benches and big cats.
There are fountains of elephants, zebra heads, and a mosaic of 30-m centipede. There are benches in the shape of rabbits, crows, and cats. 58. Armenian Virgin Mary’s Dormition Church
Located in the Old Town in the north of the city’s market square, the St. Mary’s Cathedral of the Armenians is one of the oldest and most important churches in the city of Lviv in Ukraine.

59. Museum of Folk Architecture and Life
The Museum of Folk Architecture and Life is a free-standing open-air museum in the town of Uzhhorod in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine. The museum displays more than 30 traditional buildings collected from villages throughout the province, which includes the capital, Uzhhorod.
The museum’s main attraction is St. Michael’s Church, built in the 16th century. The church has a roof with onion-domed stonework and a steeple covered with wooden shingles. Nearby Uzhhorod Castle is an imposing fortification that housed the Regents of the Hapsburgs. – Ukraine Places
60. City Garden
Located in the town center of Odesa, Ukraine, the Odesa City Garden is the oldest city park in the country. It was founded in 1803 by Felipe de Ribas, who owned most of the area[citation needed]. However, he could not afford to spend the money, so he donated the area to the city on 10 November 1806.

61. Khotyn Fortress
The KhotynOblast of southwestern Ukraine is named after the Khotyn Fortress, which was built in 1375. The fortification complex is located on the right bank of the Dniester River in Khotyn. It is located on the territory of the historical north-eastern Bessarabian region, which was divided into Ukraine and Moldova in 1940.

64. Multimedia Fountain Roshen
Location
The “Roshen” multimedia fountain was constructed on the southern bank of the river in the town of Vinnytsie, near the island of Festival, on the island of Kempa. This multimedia fountain is the only one of its kind in the Ukraine and the biggest floating fountain in the European Union.[2] It will be open from the beginning of April to the end of October.
The design and development of the Roshen multimedia fountain was carried out by the German-based Emotion Media factory, which is also responsible for the “Dancing Fountains” in the night safari parks of Chiang Mai, “Kangwon Land” in South Korea, and “AIDA Cruises” multimedia shows, created by the CEO Ralph Douw.
On 4 September 2011, the “Roshen” was officially opened alongside the official opening of the “Roshen Quay” on the city’s waterfront. According to TripAdvisor, the Multimedia Fountain is the No. 1 attraction among the 46 attractions in the area. – Ukraine Places
65. Babi Yar Memorial
The Babyn Yar Ravine, located on the outskirts of Kyiv, is said to have been the site of one of the largest shooting massacres of the Holocaust. Post-war commemoration efforts faced significant challenges due to the policies of the Soviet Union after the war. 66. Khortitsa National Nature Reserve
The National Reserve Khortitsa is situated on the island Khortitsa, on the banks of the river Dnipro, in the town of Zaporozhetsia. Khortitsa is home to rare plants, old wild pears, old oaks, old Tartar maple, Black and Silver poplar, and Pine forests, which together number nearly 1000 species.
There are around 20 species of mammals in the reserve and about 200 species of birds. In addition to mammals, the reserve is home to a variety of birds, such as roe deer, weevil, fox, kite, heron, turtle, and others. – Ukraine Places

The green landscapes of Shevchenko City Garden are complemented by oak trees and a unique botanical garden with waterfalls, colorful flower beds, paths for walking and running, and benches, as well as a series of open-air cafes. 68. The House of Scientists
The Odesa House of Scientists is a public institute that was founded in 1923 to bring together scientists from different scientific institutes and universities in the region of Odesa. This was one of the first Houses of Scientists in the Soviet Union, and the first in Ukraine. It is located in the former Count Tolstoy’s Palace. The House of Scientists took over the building in 1934.
During World War II, the building housed the Romanian Army during the occupation. The German military commander found out about the building and stopped the looting and staking of horses. Instead, he invited all scientists who did not flee the city to the house of scientists, thus giving the impression that they were supporting the Axis occupation. – Ukraine Places
69. Stryisky Park
Stryiski Park one of the most ancient parks in the city of Lviv, is a monument of Landscape Art of National Importance. Located in the Halytsiy district, Stryiski Park is considered the most attractive park in Interwar Poland. In 1879, the arrangement of Stryiski Park began on the site of the old so-called “first” Stryiski Cemetery on the outskirts of the city of Lwowsk.
The area of the cemetery consisted of sandy rivulets, steep rivulets, and valleys. In 1878, the famous landscape architect Arnold Rering (a.k.a. “Arnold Rering the Master of Landscape Art” designed the park. In 1877–1878, forty thousand trees were planted in the area: spruce trees, maple trees, sycamores, exotic species, tulip trees, red oak and red beech trees, and ginkgo trees. – Ukraine Places

The Menorah Center is a center of cultural and business activities of the Jewish community of Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Eastern Ukraine. According to some sources, it is the largest multifunctional center of the Jewish community in Europe, or the whole world. 71. Golden Gate Bridge
The Golden Gate Bridge, also known as the Golden Gate Suspension Bridge, is a suspension bridge that spans the Golden Gate, a strait that is 1.6 km wide and connects San Francisco Bay with the Pacific Ocean. It connects the U.S. city of San Francisco to Marin County.
The bridge carries U.S. Route 101 and California State Route 1 over the strait, as well as pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The bridge is also designated as U.S. bicycle route 95. 72. Annunciation Cathedral
Annunciation Cathedral is the principal Orthodox church in Kharkiv. It is a pentacupolita neo-Byzantean structure with an 80-meter-high bell tower. The cathedral was completed on October 2, 1888, with designs by local architect Mikhail Lutsov. It was inaugurated in 1901 after the previous Annunciation church had been torn down and replaced by the present one.
This candy-colored cathedral replaced the old Assumption Cathedral, which was the largest and highest church in the Russian Empire, as the main cathedral of the city. The church’s icon screen was originally Carrara marble. The frescoes in the cathedral were inspired by the frescoes of St Vladimir’s Cathedral in Kyiv. 73. Probiy Waterfall
Probiy Falls is a waterfall on Prut River in Yaremyr Oblast Probiy Falls is 8m high and one of the strongest falls in the Carpathians of Ukraine. The height of the waterfall was much higher in the 19th century. The height decreased as the water level of the river deepened. There have been fatalities due to falls from kayaks and rafters onto the rocks near the falls. – Ukraine Places
74. Linden Alley
One of San Francisco’s most innovative and well-known “living alleys” is Linden Alley. Once a quiet side street in Hayes Valley, it’s now a vibrant pedestrian-friendly area with seating, landscaping, and award-winning local businesses like Blue Bottle Coffe, Smitten Ice Cream, and Dark Garden. Inspired by “woonerf” or shared streets around the world, Loring Sagan, formerly of Build Public, and architect David Winslow worked together for four years to shepherd Linden Alley’s greening through the city’s complicated bureaucracy.
The City of San Francisco now has a “Living Alleys Toolkit” and a “Plazas Program” to help transform similarly underused streetscapes into walkable amenities. Oleksandriya Arboretum is a state-owned arboretum in Bila Tserkovka, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine. It houses the National Academy of Science of Ukraine’s state-owned Arboretum. The Arboretum is a monument to landscape art, founded at the end of the 19th century.
